Hungarian Chocolate Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate, cut in pieces, 1 c. confectioners sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 2 tbsp. hot water and 2 eggs, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt chocolate; add hot water.
Blend.
Add eggs and sugar; remove from heat and stir until slightly thickened.
Add butter. Store in refrigerator until needed. Very good.
