Hungarian Chicken Paprikas
Hungarian Chicken Paprikas is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. sour cream, 1 tbsp. oil, 1 medium onion, diced, 2 tbsp. paprika and 6 chicken breasts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In Dutch oven, put oil and heat.
Add onion and saute.
Add paprika, stirring, into onion.
Add chicken, turning to coat chicken with paprika.
Cook on low heat so liquid does not evaporate.
Cook 1 hour.
Do not add water.
Take chicken out. Add sour cream; stir until diluted (do not boil).
Put chicken back and turn very low.
Serve with rice, noodles or dumplings.
