Hungarian Chicken Noodle Soup
Hungarian Chicken Noodle Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 chicken (keep in big parts), 3 carrots, cut up in about 3 parts each, 4 potatoes, quartered, 1 or 2 celery stalks, cut in about 4 parts each and 1 tomato, quartered, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil chicken parts in large pan. Add the rest of the ingredients except potatoes and noodles.
Add the potatoes when almost done.
Boil egg noodles in separate pan and rinse.
Put noodles in separate dish.
Add to soup individually.
