Hungarian Chicken

Made with 2 to 3 lb. chicken, washed, 1/4 c. cooking oil, 1 tsp. salt, 1 medium onion, chopped and 4 tbsp. hot paprika or regular paprika and add cayenne pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oil; add water and seasonings.
Add chicken. Cover and simmer 2 hours.
