Hummingbird Cake
A Southern hummingbird cake plush with bananas, pineapple, and pecans, warmed by cinnamon throughout. Traditionally crowned with cream cheese frosting and a knockout for celebrations.

Grease tube pan lightly.
Preheat to 350Β°.
Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Add sugar, then eggs and oil.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir, but do not beat or use mixer.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
