Hummingbird Cake
Hummingbird Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained), 2 c. sugar and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.

Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.

Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool pans for 10 minutes.
