Hummer Pie
Hummer Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 chocolate pie crusts, almost 1/2 gal. french vanilla ice cream, 2 tbsp. instant coffee, 1/4 tsp. ginger and 1/4 c. rum, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix ingredients together.
Place in freezer for 4 hours, uncovered.
Cover and will keep up to 2 weeks in freezer.
This recipe will fill 2 ready-made pie crusts.
