House Jogger Chili
House Jogger Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. extra lean ground beef, 2 medium green peppers, 2 large carrots, 2 large white onions and 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Wok or large frypan brown meat.
Of excess grease, then set meat aside.
Vegetables. Thin slice carrots diagonally about 1/4 inch thick.
3 tablespoons peanut oil in a wok or large Dutch oven or cooking pot.
The cut up vegetables
(green peppers, onions, jalapeño peppers and carrots).
Stir-fry or saute for approximately
10 minutes.
Keep stirring during time. Add remainder of vegetables, other ingredients and meat to the pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for at least 2 hours.
