Hot Squash
Hot Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 medium squash, sliced, 3 tbsp. butter, 1/2 lb. american or velveeta cheese, 1 onion, chopped and 1 jalapeño pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook squash and onion in butter and a little water until tender; drain.
Add pepper and cheese and stir until cheese melts. Put in dish and top with bread crumbs.
