Hot Scrod is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. cod fillets, 8 oz. french dressing, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 can mushrooms and 1 c. light mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut fish into bite-sized pieces and marinate in dressing 2 hours.
Add celery and mushrooms to fish.
Mix mayonnaise, milk and grated cheese.
Combine all ingredients, except crackers.
