Hot Reuben Dip
Hot Reuben Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 c. sour cream, 2 tbsp. ketchup, 1/2 lb. deli corned beef, finely chopped and 1 can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and ketchup until smooth.
Stir in the corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and onion until blended.
Transfer to a greased 1-quart baking dish.
Cover and bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
Uncover; bake 5 minutes longer or until bubbly.
Serve warm with bread or crackers.
