Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice.

In medium bowl combine sugar and flour.
Add the oleo and 1 cup of cheese and mix well.
Stir in pineapple.

Sprinkle crushed crackers on top and drizzle with reserved juice.
Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
Remove and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
