Hot Pepper Jelly
Hot Pepper Jelly is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large bell peppers, cut and seeded, 3 c. cider vinegar, 2 bottles certo, 12 hot green peppers and 1/3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Pulverize all peppers with water.
Add remaining ingredients, except Certo.
Boil hard 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add Certo and few drops of food coloring.
Make red by using red peppers. Seeds will show unless strained.
Serve with cream cheese and crackers.
