Hot Pepper Jelly
Hot Pepper Jelly is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. hot red peppers (ground), 1 3/4 c. red bell peppers (ground), 1 c. cider vinegar, 5 c. sugar and 6 oz. liquid fruit pectin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put peppers, vinegar and sugar in a 6-quart kettle.
Stir over high heat until all the sugar is dissolved.
Bring to a full rolling boil.
Boil hard for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat; add liquid fruit pectin.
Return to heat; boil hard for 1 minute. Remove from heat; put in jars and seal.
