Hot Pepper Jelly
Hot Pepper Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. red hot peppers (ground in blender), 3/4 c. bell pepper, 6 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. vinegar-apple cider (if possible) and 1 (6 oz.) bottle pectin (certo), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar together in pot; bring to boil. Remove from heat for 5 minutes.
Add bottle of pectin.
Do not substitute.
Pour in 1/2-pint jars; seal.
Yield
