Hot Mushroom Turnovers
Hot Mushroom Turnovers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, flour, butter, softened, 1/2 lb. mushrooms, minced and 1 large onion, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups of flour and 1/2 cup of butter until smooth.
Shape into ball and refrigerate 1 hour.
Saute mushrooms and onion in 3 tablespoons of butter until tender.
Stir in sour cream, salt, thyme and 2 tablespoons of flour.
Roll out dough and cut out 3-inch circles.
Put a little mushroom mixture on each; fold and brush with butter.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes at 450Β°.
