Hot Monterey Rice Salad
Hot Monterey Rice Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 2 tsp. garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook meat in lightly greased skillet until done (drain well). Add garlic salt, pepper sauce and lemon juice to mayonnaise.
