Hot Mexican Dip
Hot Mexican Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/3 c. taco sauce, 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans and 1 1/4 c. shredded monterey jack cheese (6 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook and stir beef and onions in a 10-inch skillet until brown; drain.
Stir in taco sauce, beans and 1 cup of the cheese. Heat, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted.
Pour into serving dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top in a ring. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
