Hot Jalapeño Cheese Squares
Hot Jalapeño Cheese Squares is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 2 jalapeño peppers, chopped fine, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 lb. monterey jack cheese, grated and 6 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix cheeses and put half in a 9 x 13-inch pan, sprayed with Pam.
Spread chopped peppers over cheese, then top off with remaining cheese.
Mix eggs and milk and pour over cheese.
Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until top bubbles and edges brown slightly.
Cut in 1-inch squares.
Serve hot or cold.
