Hot Fudge Sauce
Hot Fudge Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, 1/4 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. evaporated milk and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler.
Stir in sugar gradually until well blended.
Add milk and salt.
Cook for 5 to 6 minutes until slightly thickened.
Serve over ice cream, pudding or cake.
(You can substitute 9 tablespoons of cocoa and 3 tablespoons of margarine for the chocolate squares.)
