Hot Fudge Pudding Cake
Hot Fudge Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In medium mixing bowl, stir together the 1/2 cup sugar, flour, the 2 tablespoons cocoa powder and baking powder.
Stir in milk, butter and vanilla.
Pour into 3-quart microwave-safe dish.
In small mixing bowl, combine 3/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa powder. Stir water.
Pour evenly over batter. Do not stir. Microwave uncovered on High for 5 to 8 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
Let cool, uncovered, at least minutes before serving.
