Hot Fudge Pie
Hot Fudge Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. cocoa or 3 (1 oz.) sq. chocolate, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. flour and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Melt chocolate and margarine together; beat in sugar.
Fold in flour and salt.
Add vanilla.
Beat eggs; fold into mixture.
Turn into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
Top each slice with ice cream while still warm. May be reheated.
Serves 6.
This makes for a quick dessert if in a hurry.
