Hot Fudge Cake
Hot Fudge Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 4 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1 1/3 c. sugar and 6 tbsp. plus 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and 6 tablespoons cocoa in a bowl.
Add the milk, vanilla and the margarine; beat until smooth, then add the nuts.
Spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix together the brown sugar and 1/2 cup cocoa; sprinkle over the mixture.
Pour the boiling water over the mixture in the baking dish, then bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
The top layer will be cake and the bottom, pudding.
Serves 10 to 12.
