Hot Fudge Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 6 tbsp. cocoa, divided, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and 1 c. packed brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt.
(Omit salt and baking powder, if using self-rising flour).
Stir in milk, oil and vanilla until smooth. Spread in 9-inch square baking pan.
Mix brown sugar and remaining cocoa.
Sprinkle over batter.
Pour hot water over all and do not stir.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
