Hot Fruit Casserole
Hot Fruit Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can peach halves, 1 can pear halves, 1 can pineapple slices, 1 jar red apple rings and 1 c. sherry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain all fruit well.
In a saucepan, mix sugar, sherry, flour and butter.
Cook until thick as heavy cream, stirring constantly. Arrange fruit in layers in a casserole pan, placing a layer of peaches, then a layer of pears, then pineapple.
Scatter the apple rings in each layer for color.
In center of each pineapple slice, place a cherry.
Pour the sauce over fruit.
Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, take out of refrigerator 30 minutes, then bake in 350Β° oven for about 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
