Cut each hot dog into 4 pieces.
Cut bacon into 3 pieces. Wrap bacon around hot dog and secure with a toothpick.
Put in a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
Pack in fairly tight.
Cover with a 1/2-inch of brown sugar packed down.
Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
