Hot Curried Fruit
Hot Curried Fruit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 303) can pear halves, 1 (no. 303) can pineapple chunks, 1 (no. 303) can apricot halves, a few maraschino cherries, drained and 1/3 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain fruit well and place in casserole.
Melt butter, sugar, cinnamon and curry powder and pour over fruit.
Bake in a 325Β° oven for at least 30 minutes.
Keep hot and serve from the chafing dish. I have used other fruit combinations.
