Hot Curried Fruit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 small tbsp. curry powder, 1 can white house sliced apples and 1 large can pineapple chunks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Pick full beans.
Snap as if to cook.
Place them on a scaffle out in the sun.
Stir them once or twice a day to dry quickly. When they are real dry, place them in cloth bags and hang them up. Or, you can place them in the freezer.
To cook them, soak overnight.
Next morning, rinse them good.
Good with a chunk of fatback or ham hock with plenty of water.
Salt to taste.
