Grease 12 medium muffin cups.
Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixer bowl.
Beat in egg, sugar and 1 1/2 cups of the baking mix on medium speed, scraping bowl frequently, 2 minutes.
Beat in remaining baking mix, then cinnamon, nutmeg and fruit on low speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
Let rise in warm place until double, about 1 hour.
