Hot Cranberry Tea is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. fresh cranberries, 3 1/2 qt. water, 12 whole cloves, 4 (3-inch) sticks cinnamon and juice of 2 lemons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine first 3 ingredients in a Dutch oven.
Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 12 minutes.
Strain through several thicknesses of cheesecloth, squeezing gently.
Add lemon juice, orange juice and sugar.
Stir until sugar dissolves.
Serve hot. Yields 3 1/2 quarts.
