Hot Crab Dip
Hot Crab Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, chopped, 1 rib celery, chopped, 1/2 c. butter, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley and 2 lb. crab meat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute the onion and the celery in the butter in a large skillet until tender.
Add the parsley, crab meat, cheese, evaporated milk, soup, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Cook for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with crackers.
