Hot Chipped Beef Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 2 tsp. butter or margarine, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. dried beef, minced and 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In skillet, saute pecans with butter over low gas flame until lightly browned; drain and set aside.
Combine all remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Spoon mixture into a buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish; top with pecans.
Bake in a 350Β° gas oven for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Serve hot with assorted crackers, chips or breadsticks.
