Hot Chicken Salad
Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked, cubed chicken breasts, 1 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 small onion, diced fine, 1/2 c. slivered or chopped cashews and 3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix chicken, celery, onion, nuts and 3/4 cup cheese as for a salad.
Blend chicken soup with mayonnaise.
Mix "salad" with soup mixture and put into buttered casserole.
Sprinkle with dry Pepperidge Farm dressing.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
Dribble 1/4 cup or so of melted butter or margarine over all.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 6 to 8.
