Hot Chicken Salad
Hot Chicken Salad is an impressive salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 26 minutes. Made with c. chopped, cooked chicken breasts, c. chopped celery, c. chopped green bell pepper, . chopped pimento and (6 oz.) cans sliced water chestnuts, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine chicken, celery, green pepper, pimento, water chestnuts and rice in bowl; toss lightly to mix.
Spoon into buttered 3-quart baking dish.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in bowl; mix well.
Add 1/3 of the soup mixture to chicken mixture; mix well.
Spoon remaining soup mixture over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
