Hot Chicken Salad
Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. chopped, cooked chicken breasts, 2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper, 2 tbsp. chopped pimento and 2 (6 oz.) cans sliced water chestnuts, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine chicken, celery, green pepper, pimento, water chestnuts and rice in bowl; toss lightly to mix.
Spoon into buttered 3-quart baking dish.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in bowl; mix well.
Add 1/3 of the soup mixture to chicken mixture; mix well.
Spoon remaining soup mixture over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
