Hot Chicken Salad
Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. diced chicken, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 c. cooked rice and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix chicken, soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, celery, rice and onion.
Put half of mixture in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Cover with sliced eggs.
Add remaining chicken mixture, then sprinkle grated cheese over it.
Add chopped almonds, then crushed potato chips.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes in a 400Β° oven or until heated through.
Serves 12.
