Hot Broccoli Casserole
Hot Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (1 lb.) bags frozen broccoli, 1 lb. mozzarella (chunk), 8 oz. mushrooms (caps), 2 medium sweet onions and 3 cloves garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Thaw broccoli.
Cube cheese.
Drain mushrooms.
Chop onions. Dice garlic very small.
In frying pan, melt butter.
Fry onions and garlic.
In large bowl, mix broccoli, cheese, mushrooms and onions.
Beat in 2 eggs; mix well.
Grease casserole dish and add mixture and smooth top.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top until covered.
Lay 6 to 8 pats of butter on top.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
(When butter is melted and mixture bubbles, casserole is done.)
