Hot Artichoke Dip
Hot Artichoke Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 to 13 oz.) jar artichoke hearts (marinated are more flavorful), 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 c. chopped onion (optional but delicious!) and 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional but delicious!), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Chop artichoke hearts into coarse pieces; mix in mayonnaise and cheese.
Add onion and pepper, if desired.
Blend all ingredients; place in a small baking dish or loaf pan.
Serve hot with crackers.
Bake at 375Β° for 1/2 hour, or until top is lightly browned.
