Hot And Creamy Veg Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope lipton vegetable soup mix, 15 oz. ricotta cheese, 1/4 c. shredded monterey jack cheese (2 1/2 oz.) and 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In 1 quart casserole combine vegetable soup mix, Ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese and bacon. Top with remaining Monterey Jack cheese and bake uncovered 30 minutes until heated through.
