Honeyed Pineapple Ham Loaf
Honeyed Pineapple Ham Loaf is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 cans luncheon meat, 2 tbsp. honey, 2 tbsp. brown sugar and whole cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Heat oven to 425Β°.
Drain the pineapple.
Cut the luncheon meat into 4 slices each, not quite through to the bottom.
Place in a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Mix the crushed pineapple with the brown sugar and honey.
Spread this mixture between the slices of luncheon meat and over the top.
Stud meat with whole cloves.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
