In large mixer bowl, combine 1 cup white flour, wheat flour, yeast and salt; mix well.
In saucepan, heat milk, water, honey, molasses and shortening until warm.
Add to flour mixture.
Add egg.
Mix well (about 3 minutes).
Gradually add remaining white flour.
Let rise until doubled.
