Honey Mustard Chicken
Honey Mustard Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 6 boneless chicken breasts, split (you can remove bone), 1/3 c. melted no fat margarine or whatever type, 2/3 c. honey, 1/3 c. mustard or dijon mustard (for a spicier taste) and breadcrumbs and egg/milk wash, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dip chicken in wash and bread with breadcrumbs.
Fry quickly until golden brown.
Arrange in baking dish.
Mix with the margarine, honey and mustard together and pour over chicken.
