Honey-Glazed New Potatoes
Honey-Glazed New Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. new potatoes, cut into quarters, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. water, 2 tbsp. honey and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, cover potatoes with salted water.
Bring water to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender; drain.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Stir in water, honey, salt and pepper.
Stirring occasionally, cook 1 layer of potatoes 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.
Transfer to serving dish and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.
Repeat for remaining potatoes.
Serve warm.
