Honey-Glazed Chicken
Honey-Glazed Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, 1 fryer, cut up and 1/2 c. melted oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place flour, salt and cayenne in a bowl or bag.
Add chicken pieces one at a time to coat with mixture. Pour melted oleo into 9 x 13-inch pan; place chicken in pan, turn once to coat.
Bake, uncovered, skin side up at 350° for 30 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. Bake at 350° another 45 minutes or until tender, basting several times with pan drippings.
Serves 4 to 6.
