Honey Custard
Honey Custard is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, beaten, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. honey, 3 c. scalded milk and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine eggs, salt and honey.
Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.
Add vanilla.
Pour in custard cups; sprinkle with nutmeg.
Place cups in pan of hot water and bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes, or until set.
(If desired, instead of using custard cups, pour into a large mold and bake as above for 45 minutes.)
