Honey Beet Pickles
Honey Beet Pickles is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. honey, 1 c. vinegar, 2 cinnamon sticks, 6 whole cloves and fresh beets, whole or sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Fill jars with beets to within inch of jar rim.
Heat honey, vinegar, cinnamon and cloves to boiling.
Pour over beets to one-half inch of top.
Place lids on; put in water bath.
Process about one hour.
Yields enough juice for 5 pints of packed beets.
