Honey Applesauce
Honey Applesauce is an easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. cooking apples, 1 c. honey and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wash apples without peeling or coring; cut them into quarters. Place them in large saucepan; add water, cover and cook over medium low heat 20 minutes or until apples are soft, stirring occasionally.
Strain apples through colander; add honey.
Stir to blend.
Makes about 6 cups.
