Homemade Yeast Rolls
Homemade Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, 2 tsp. salt, 1 c. sugar, 2 pkg. dry yeast and 7 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In first bowl, mix boiling water, shortening and salt.
In second bowl, mix cold water, sugar and eggs.
In third bowl, dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Mix all three bowls together and add flour until it makes stiff dough.
Spread oil on top of the dough to keep soft.
Cover bowl with wet towel and let rise overnight.
Roll dough and cut out.
Let rise for 2 hours.
Bake at 400Β° until done.
