Homemade Stuffing
Homemade Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large loaf white bread, 2 to 3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans of chicken broth, 2 to 3 ribs chopped celery, 1 small chopped onion and 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Lay out bread the night before and let dry out.
Melt butter, onions and celery.
Saute.
Blend sauteed mixture with broken up pieces of bread in a large pan.
Pour in chicken broth until bread is mushy.
Add eggs and blend together well.
Add poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
Butter bowl and place dressing in bowl.
Cover and bake until brown in 350Β° oven.
Makes one casserole bowl.
