Homemade Rolls

In bowl, dissolve yeast in water.
Add milk, sugar, salt, egg and flour to yeast.
Turn onto floured board.
Knead until smooth.
Put in greased bowl; cover.
Let rise until double, about 1 1/2 hours.
Punch down; let rise again, about 30 minutes.
Shape and let rise.
Bake in 400Β° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
